Every package comes with drone

Buyers want to see the lot, the street and what's around it before they care about the kitchen. So we start in the air.

Why the windows don't blow out

We shoot every room five times at different brightness levels, then blend them. You see the room and the view out the window.

A dusk photo without a second trip

Every package gets a virtual twilight (Plus and Pro get two). It's an edit, so we label it as one.

Furniture for the empty rooms

Virtual staging is one flat fee for the whole shoot, $100 on most homes. It's labeled as staged, and you get the untouched original too.

Decluttered without moving a thing

AI declutter clears out what isn't staying with the house. One flat fee for the whole shoot, $50 on most homes, and it's labeled as edited.
