Questions agents ask us
How many photos do I get?
Enough to cover the whole home, usually 25 to 40. We never leave a room out to hit a number. Bigger homes get more photos, which is why pricing goes by square footage.
How fast do you deliver?
Photos in 24 hours, video within 48. Virtual twilight edits arrive with the photos. Virtual staging is an add-on.
Is drone included?
Yes. Every package includes 6 drone photos, flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot.
Is virtual twilight real?
No, it's an edited daytime photo, and we label it that way. One comes with every package, so there's no second trip and no waiting on the weather.
Do you charge for travel?
No travel fee within about 45 minutes of Mount Prospect. Past that, a travel fee based on distance. You get the number before we book.
What about homes over 6,000 sq ft?
We quote those, along with acreage and properties with extra buildings. Send us the address and we'll give you a number before anything's booked.
